Trauma made you who you are. Healing can make you who you want to be.
The effects of emotional abuse and neglect can be debilitating and life altering. If the harm happened within a relationship, healing is also best found in relationship. Interpersonal group therapy is the perfect place for that healing process to begin.
Individuals who have experienced childhood or relational trauma may be dealing with:
- Shame and self-blame
- Feelings of inadequacy
- Loneliness and isolation
- Post-Traumatic Stress
- Difficulty regulating emotions
Our group for adults with complex trauma (cPTSD) will help you…
- Process your experience in a safe, supportive environment.
- Develop meaningful connections with others and yourself.
- Improve empathy and understanding.
- Feel seen, heard, and validated by connecting with others who can relate to your experience(s).
Join a small group of other adults exploring connection, identity, communication, and relationships in a space that embraces all parts of you.
- What it is: An ongoing interpersonal process group designed to help you better understand yourself and how you relate to others.
- Who it’s for: Adults looking to build deeper, more authentic relationships.
- What to expect: A space to show up as your full, authentic self to connect with others with similarly complex struggles. This will be a small group; minimum of 2 people and maximum of 6 people.

- Members attend as long as it’s meaningful to their growth. Minimum 10-week commitment.
- The only “task” is to put your feelings into words, share your honest reactions in the moment, and stay open to what comes up — for you and for others.
Our Complex Trauma Processing Group will help you…
- Gain deeper awareness of the thoughts and tendencies that are keeping you from fully experiencing life and accepting the ups and downs that come with it.
- Learn how to effectively communicate your needs and set healthy boundaries in your relationships with friends, family members and significant others.
- Increase your capacity for vulnerability and connection.
