Welcome Women Caregivers!
Statistically, this is no surprise: Women bear the brunt of caregiving! As COVID19 has upended all of our lives, that puts even more pressure on women who are trying their best to manage it all. This group seeks to support women who are juggling multiple roles by providing them with a community to develop self-care resources and a space to breath.

Our counselor Kathy Simmons, M.Ed., PLPC, NCC will get back to you as soon as possible to answer any questions that you may have or to help you get registered.
Each person who chooses to join the Caring For Ourselves group will receive a free meditation MP3 download to begin your practice of self-care. Individuals will receive this complimentary mediation MP3 after completing the first session.
The greatest lie is that you are alone and have to figure things out on your own. Groups like Caring For Yourself are here to remind you that finding support is within your grasp. Finding your center in the midst of chaos is possible and we hope to join you on your journey to a more balanced life and a deeper connection with your loved ones!
