The gaps can be identified through assessments of strengths and/or 360 reviews that provide the perspectives of peers, superiors and subordinates.
From that analysis the client will be able to commit to and actively work to continuously improve him/herself by understanding and identifying that different situations and levels of leadership will call for different skills and approaches. The works focuses on deploying strengths to compensate for weakness, blind spots and self imposed limitations.
