What to Expect
The coaching process is about helping clients re-think pathways to success that are consistent with their view of a purpose driven, whole life.
As a coach John uses his creativity and resourcefulness to take into account each client’s natural abilities. Clients are empowered to use their intuition and experience in the creative process to help them break through to the next level in their life and career.
The coaching process will focus on the whole person, meaning that coaching isn’t oriented toward an isolated issue at work, but rather addresses a person’s holistic work-life balance. Focusing on physical health, intellectual curiosity, personal, and professional priorities allows coaching to help individuals comfortably align what is important to them.
