Kathy wants teens to gain insight into their challenges and helps them grow more self-awareness, coping skills, and healthy connections. With parent clients, Kathy wants to normalize the challenges and emotional toll of caretaking and empowers them through psychoeducation and validation.

Her professional journey includes residential facilities, school settings at every grade level, and office-based counseling.
