Available in person or from the comfort of your couch, because telehealth is always an option.
Kennedy specializes in anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, perfectionist tendencies, self-esteem, body image, women’s issues, relationship struggles, and emotional regulation, sound familiar? Kennedy is committed to giving you autonomy in your sessions, eliciting change, and getting you out of the passenger seat to your life. You’ll gain insights to thrive in and outside our sessions through practical, realistic, and tangible tools. Here, to navigate challenging emotions and laugh through awkward moments, Kennedy prioritizes a therapeutic relationship of authenticity and trust.
Kennedy works with individuals of all ages —children (6+), adolescents, teens, adults, and parents alike. Rooted in a strengths-based lens, Kennedy emphasizes her Client’s innate talents to foster a sense of empowerment and self-discovery. She prioritizes relational insight from Relational Cultural Theory (RCT) by focusing on human connection. While practicing evidence-based tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address specific concerns and promote positive change. Kennedy enriches her sessions with various creative arts interventions, providing her clients the opportunity for self-expression and a personalized therapeutic experience.
Kennedy earned her M.Ed. at the CACREP-accredited Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at the University of Missouri—St. Louis. She also received a Certificate in Multicultural and Social Justice Counseling. Kennedy completed skill-specific coursework in women’s empowerment, family counseling, and technology’s impact on children in today’s society.
Kennedy is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC), Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and receives Supervision by Tina Clark #2014034544 supervisor.
Kennedy is Welcoming New Clients and sees clients ages 6-adult and parents.

- Wednesday 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
- Thursday 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
- Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Rates:
- Individual session $120 (first session with intake is 90 minutes; $180)
- Parents session $125 (first session with intake is 90 minutes; $187.50)
- Family session $130/50-minute session; for up to 4 individuals (first session with intake is 90 minutes; $200 )
