Counselor/Therapist
Lily’s goals in working with clients are to elicit positive, productive change and to
nurture the beliefs that her clients both possess the propensity to support
themselves and are innately worthy of receiving healthy support from others in
their lives. Her understanding of her role as a therapist is to serve as an actively
engaged member in the counseling relationship while providing tools, techniques,
skills, and strategies that support her clients in meeting their goals.
Lily primarily sees individuals, couples, and relationship systems with the
following clinical focuses:
– Sex Therapy (including sexual healing, sexual trauma, sexual dysfunctions
and disorders, sexual orientation and gender identity and exploration)
– Couples Counseling and Relationship Healing
– Premarital Counseling
– Eating Disorders (including anorexia nervosa, bulimia, binge eating
disorder, avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder)
– Co-occurring issues that often present with the above focuses, including
anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, spirituality, family of origin and
family systems
Lily graduated from the CACREP-accredited Master’s of Education Counseling
program at the University of Missouri – St. Louis. To be able to serve a wide
population, Lily completed the Clinical Mental Health Counseling track as well as
earned School Counseling certification. Lily has a wealth of experience in mental
health and has worked in the counseling field in a range of therapeutic settings
for over a decade, including residential, partial hospitalization, intensive
outpatient, and outpatient programming.
Lily is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a National Certified Counselor
(NCC), and a Certified K-12 School Counselor. Additionally, she is actively in
supervision for Certified Sex Therapy (CST) to address sexual concerns, in
supervision towards becoming a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) for
support of individuals with eating disorders, as well as pursuing Certified
Gottman Therapy to attend to couples/relationship issues.
Lily serves as a Board Member for the St. Louis Chapter of the International
Association of Eating Disorders (IAEDP). Additionally, she is a member of the
National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC) as well as the American
Counseling Association (ACA).
Lily looks forward to serving as a positive force and catalyst in every client’s
journey.
Lily is Welcoming New Clients and sees teen, individuals and couples. Lily’s hours of availability –
- Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm; with telehealth and additional times available upon request
Rates:
- Individual session $130 (first session with intake is 90 minutes; $195)
- Couples session $130 (first session with intake is 2 hours; $195)
- Family session $150 (up to 4 people; first session with intake is 2 hours; $300)
