Counselor
For Megan, therapy is a collaborative journey that honors each individual’s unique circumstances and emotions. She believes in providing a non-judgmental environment where clients can express themselves freely and work towards personal growth and understanding. Megan’s approach resonates with those who find themselves struggling with rumination, difficulty connecting with others, or feeling disconnected from their true selves.
In her therapeutic work with adolescents and adults, Megan specializes in addressing anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, and navigating life’s big transitions. Her approach combines relational cultural theory with an emotionally focused lens, incorporating somatic tools for nervous system regulation. Megan creates a safe space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences through building trust, utilizing empathy, and genuine compassion.
Megan brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to her practice. Megan graduated in May 2024 with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Megan practiced as a Senior Counseling Intern with Terrace House STL. In therapy, Megan has worked with individuals from all different backgrounds. Additionally, Megan has focused on aiding individuals with disabilities in both job placement and life transitions. Her work as an ABA implementer also highlights her dedication to helping children achieve personal milestones.
